PORTLAND, MAINE – GCMD (formerly Gray Cat Marketing and Design) has won an American Graphic Design Award in the Website Design category
for its work designing and developing an interactive, eCommerce website for a local bakery.
“This website design project gave us the opportunity to showcase our design skills and integrate several interactive features into the website to create

The American Graphic Design Awards is a five-decade old national flagship competition that recognizes the design industry's best and brightest in 24 categories from print and packaging to internet and interactive design. This year’s competition received over 8,000 entries from graphic design firms, advertising agencies, in-house corporate and institutional designers, publishers, and other media. A highly selective fifteen percent were recognized.
GCMD was established in 2009 as Gray Cat Marketing & Design by Alexandra Heseltine and has recently changed it's name to GCMD.
